Description
• Lead a team of program managers and talent acquisition professionals • Partner with cross-functional leaders globally • Understand business priorities and help build a high impact hiring strategy • Iterate and advance our talent acquisition capacity model • Create a best-in-class talent marketing strategy • Bolster and nurture the pipeline from inbound and referral channels • Drive strategy for the recruiting coordination team • Be committed to presence in the SFHQ office twice a week
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and 5+ years managing TA Operations • 4+ years of experience managing managers • Extensive experience managing operations on Talent Acquisition efforts that support >100 hires per quarter • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior level stakeholders on global company-wide initiatives • A data-driven approach that leads to increased operational effectiveness and efficiencies • A business mindset understanding talent impact on organizational success • Demonstrated passion for leading, motivating, and coaching teams • An expert with Talent Acquisition tools such as Greenhouse, Tableau, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Recruiter • A focus on building diverse teams
