Orb is poised to significantly expand over the next year. • Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Recruiting is more than just a strategist—they’re a hands-on leader who’s in the trenches, driving the full recruitment process while also building out the team and shaping our long-term strategy for a recruiting function that will grow with us. • Drive and continuously improve the core full-funnel recruiting processes. • Develop and execute creative and data-driven sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all functions at Orb. • Ensure every candidate has a recruiting experience consistently reflecting Orb’s company values and commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace. • Work closely with hiring managers, providing them with the tools and guidance needed to source, screen, and close candidates successfully. • Use data and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruiting processes, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
At least 8+ years of overall work experience, and have successfully led recruiting efforts in a previous role with over 3+ years managing a team. • Strong understanding of the SaaS startup and enterprise software talent ecosystem and landscape. • Experience across EPD hiring and GTM hiring, as our team will be quickly growing in both areas over the next few years. • Proven track record in multi-functional full-cycle recruiting, attracting and hiring top talent. • Excellence at collaborating with hiring managers across the org and partnering with senior leadership to align recruiting strategy to business outcomes. • Experience managing and developing recruiters and sourcers, ensuring that you can set your team up to meet (and exceed) expectations. • Experience working at a significant pace, ideally at another startup. • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
