Description

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues • Design, build, and configure advanced custom PC workstations • Install, modify, and repair hardware, software, and peripherals • Develop and maintain detailed documentation • Efficiently provision new equipment and onboard/offboard users • Proactively identify recurring issues and propose solutions • Perform in-depth remote and on-site diagnostics • Conduct basic to complex break-fix tasks • Coordinate and execute user and server equipment relocations • Implement IT projects, including upgrades and technology integrations • Support security initiatives and incident response • Collaborate with other IT teams • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff • Stay updated on latest industry trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an advanced IT support role • Proven track record resolving complex issues • Proven ability to execute IT projects • Expert technical skills in PC/server configuration • Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11 • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Administration tools • Experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash • Solid understanding of A/V systems and multimedia tools • Familiar with various operating systems • Familiar with basic cybersecurity & privacy principles • Familiar with cloud systems like AWS and Azure • Consistent high-quality work and effective teamwork • Able to articulate complex issues and solutions
