Description
• Handle clerical tasks, maintain patient records, and assist with document preparation • Serve as a contact point for inquiries, answer phones, and facilitate communication • Greet and assist patients and families, support admission and discharge processes • Coordinate patient appointments, tests, and procedures • Monitor and replenish unit supplies, assist with inventory management • Follow safety protocols, maintain compliance with regulations, and ensure accurate documentation
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Medical Assisting or CNA experience preferred • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred • Current CPR Card issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross • Must have proof of MMR, Varicella vaccinations or titers • Proof of TB/PPD or Chest X-ray within the past 12 Months • Current Annual Health Clearance • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment
