Description

• Develops a Regional Sales Strategy, to include: • Target customers • Target requirements for all supported markets • Identification of key procurement vehicles • Interfaces with all applicable customers and vendors within the region using the best available communication platforms including face-to-face meetings, phone/text, and email • Understands all aspects of customer’s requirements and available procurement methods, and assists in determining the right product and contract within the customer purchasing timeline • Works directly with Customer to ensure requirements are verified, within scope for the presented contract vehicle, and priced fair and reasonably • Collaborates with team members from the initial requirement, to purchase, to order fulfillment. • Negotiates discounts with vendors • Grows Regional Sales Pipeline • Meets/exceeds individual sales revenue and profitability goals • Accurately maintains regional Salesforce data and ensures accurate tracking of regional performance and forecasting • Submits weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as required • Conducts regional analysis and develops and executes customer growth plans • Travels and represents Noble at industry conferences, as needed • Provides input and recommendations for Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs) • Tracks critical data within Noble’s IT systems (NETSUITE, Salesforce) • Help other members of the team, as required – team player • Performs other duties, as required
