Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Anaplan model builders, foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, aligning with business objectives and timelines • Maintain and enhance existing Anaplan models for Territory Carving, Quota Setting, Headcount and Capacity Management, and Demand Planning • Provide guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to understand business needs and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Anaplan platform • Drive the adoption of Anaplan across the organization, promoting its value and benefits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Anaplan model building and management, with experience in Saas software preferred • Minimum 3+ years owning the end to end delivery • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
