Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payroll, preferably within a fintech or technology-driven company • Extensive knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the US • Proficiency in payroll software and systems • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High level of integrity and professionalism • The Triple H Factor: Hungry, Humble, Honest • An act-like-an-owner mentality
