• As a Technical Sourcer at One, your mandate is to deeply understand the technologies we use, how we use them, and how our engineers' work impacts the business. • You will work closely with both engineers and leaders to maintain our high standards, build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, provide phenomenal candidate experiences, and ensure an efficient and effective interview process. • Engaging with engineers and hiring managers to thoroughly understand each engineering role's requirements to find the right candidates quickly. • Strategic Evaluation: You assess your own work, identify what's working and what's not, and bring improvement ideas to the table. • Striving to engage with candidates better than anyone else, using creativity and innovation. • Whatever else is necessary to bring the right talent to One.
• 6+ years of experience in sourcing and/or full cycle technical recruiting. • A problem solver's mindset - you're relentless in pursuit of solutions, and hate leaving a problem unsolved. • Proactivity around forecasting and analysis of recruiting metrics. • A deep curiosity that leads you to explore new technologies and concepts. • An act-like-an-owner mentality.
