Requirements

Leads and delivers complex, company impacting projects with your cross functional partners by helping their teams work together as a single, combined team Has the flexibility and experience to weigh trade offs and make decisions in a fast moving environment Understands many of the metrics involved in software development and leverages that information to understand and improve the team’s execution Writes code occasionally to empathize with their developer’s daily experience and stay in touch with the health of the codebase
