• Manipulate and analyze large and complex data sets to distill marketing insights • Identify customer characteristics and behaviors • Partner with Marketing teams to develop a prioritized road map of experiments • Develop scalable data models and intuitive data visualizations • Build and maintain CAC and LTV models • Lead attribution modeling to inform marketing strategy • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on analytics projects • Partner with Product and Engineering teams on marketing technology projects • Integrate, validate, and standardize data into our data warehouse • Collaborate with other members of the Analytics team on best practices
• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics • Intermediate SQL skills required; R or Python skills a plus • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other equivalent BI tools required • Experience with marketing data required • Experience with or willingness to learn about consumer SaaS business models required • Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT tools a plus • Experience with Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery or equivalent platforms • Experience with customer data platforms such as Segment, Amplitude, or equivalent platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to champion cross functional alignment • This role is for doers; able to get into details and get the job done • Ability to work with employees at all levels in a remote, fast paced environment • Bachelor’s or Masters in Business, Math, Statistics, Economics or related technical field required
