Description

• Manage complex financial operations • Drive financial strategy • Ensure overall financial health across all companies • Work with the Executive Chairman and CEO • Provide strategic financial insights • Develop financial forecasting models • Oversee bookkeeping and financial reports • Manage relationships with accounting firms • Analyze financial data for cost optimization • Mentor and manage the finance team • Align financial goals with business strategy • Maintain relationships with debt providers

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive finance experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred • Experience in some combination of venture-backed startups, strategy consulting, and/or investment banking • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and operational finance • Expertise in SaaS metrics and financial modeling • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • High level of integrity and commitment to transparency and ethical financial practices
