• Leverage the playbook to book qualified meetings with companies • Show up on time every morning with an organized prospecting plan • Conduct research and reach out to target accounts and prospects • Review performance/metrics and share creative ideas with the team • Understand the product 1% better every day • Celebrate wins as a team every day • Constantly look for ways to improve growth strategy • Stay up-to-date on prospects' companies news • Manage end-to-end sales cycle and provide weekly reports to the team
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to understand technical concepts • Self-motivated, disciplined, hungry, and curious • Hold yourself to a high degree of accountability • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team • Flexible and able to adapt to changes • Desire to learn and grow in the sales/marketing field • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field • Nice to have: experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, technical background
• Must work out of our beautiful office in Westwood, Los Angeles 3 days a week! • $35,000 - $70,000 a year $35k Base / $70k On Target Earnings. If you exceed targets, you'll make even more. No cap. • 0.01% equity in the company.
