• Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high adoption and business value • Manage customer implementations of Pigment • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors • Establish measurable goals and KPIs for customer accounts • Navigate through multiple departments within organizations • Deliver presentations and trainings, provide insightful practices • Lead the development of the Pigment community • Develop deep product expertise and creativity to work closely with product team
• Significant experience in account management, sales, or professional services at a software/SaaS company • Proven track record of building strong C-level executive relationships • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience • Ability to explain technical solutions and provide reporting/dashboards • Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations • Strategic thinker in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment • You speak English fluently • BA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
