• Creator Growth and Retention is pivotal to Howl’s sustained growth trajectory • Leading strategy and execution, driving incremental business with enterprise creators • Work across teams and departments to accelerate growth of top creators • Design strategies for retention, loyalty and continued engagement • Drive business development tactics that propel creators at every lifecycle • Innovative and outside the box thinker, willing to suggest and try new things
• Full cycle sales experience • Demonstrated knowledge of the creator/affiliate space • Demonstrated expertise in brand partnerships • Experience selling with a consultative approach to meet the needs of enterprise creators • Track record of success as it relates to growth marketing • A passion for beauty, skincare, and fashion brands • Knowledge of top creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. • Excellent storytelling and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders
