Description
• Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention for our PLG product. • Define, prioritize, and manage product features, enhancements, and improvements that maximize growth and user satisfaction. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience. • Analyze data, user feedback, and market research to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. • Monitor key performance metrics, set targets, and track progress towards meeting company goals. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to ensure our platform remains innovative and competitive.
Requirements
• Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on growth, conversions, and retention. • Experience with Product-Led Growth strategies and tactics in a B2B environment. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
