Description
• Launch our brand new technical program management function to enable our ability to build an AI genetics platform that most of 21st century drug development and treatment launching will be run on • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs involving AI and genetics for our patients and biopharma customers • Work closely with our senior leadership especially and all team members more broadly to maintain and execute our company roadmap • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery, holding all third party partners accountable to performance, developing contingency plans as needed • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with top line company strategy and objectives • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across functional areas • Monitor and report on project progress internally and externally, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and work with the tech team to build automations • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence within the program management function that you will own and begin to build over time
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the healthcare, biotech, or tech industry • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programs and projects • Strong understanding of healthcare data, genetics, and software engineering • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Track record of building things from the ground up • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
