• Critical role in driving the success of the sales team • Provide operational support and strategic insights to optimize sales processes and enhance revenue generation • Collaborate closely with the business development and solutions team • Streamline operations, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • At least 2 years experience in enterprise sales operations, preferably in the tech industry • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales automation tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • Knowledge of quantum computing or a strong interest in learning about this cutting-edge technology is a plus
