Description
• Focus on building trustful, committed distributors at the highest organizational level, leading to sales growth • Ensure indirect channel partners are representing and promoting TP-Link branded products • Support other TP-Link Sales team members to maximize opportunities in the channel for growth
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Networking industry or related industry preferred • A Bachelor's Degree • Experience with managing Wesco, Anixter, or AlarMax is PREFERRED • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation • Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment with a 2-tier approach • Strong closing skills, with proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers • Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM • Able to Travel as needed
