• Be the voice of the Customer: you will quickly become a trusted authority on how our customers think, behave, and buy. • Refine and amplify Pylon's story: tell the story of a first of its kind platform that will reshape how mortgage is done. • Build an enterprise-grade brand: Trust is crucial in mortgage - the stakes are high for our Customers and their borrowers. • Scale demand gen: develop and execute a demand generation strategy using primary account based marketing and a variety of channels such as content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, events, and partnerships. • Help with PR and earned media: you will partner closely with press and comms resources to run high value launches that amplify the mission. • Events and out of home: you will run experiments for Pylon 'out in the wild' to drive brand awareness and support demand gen. • Own the tech stack: we don't have a rev ops team. • Build marketing and sales assets: create customer-facing assets that are polished, visually balanced, and consistent with Pylon’s brand guidelines
• 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, growth, or similar roles • Interest in fintech, financial products and AI • 5 days a week in office (Menlo Park) • Bonus points if you've worked on deeply technical products and developer tools, or complex financial products.
