Description
• Build and execute customer acquisition and engagement strategy • Collaborate with the creative team to design best-in-class assets • Conduct ongoing performance analysis • Deliver regular reporting • Implement A/B testing strategies • Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates
Requirements
• 6-8 years of work experience with a track record of driving business decisions • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus) • Previous hands-on experience of managing Direct Mail and Insert strategy • Analytical and curious mindset • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills • Ability to collaborate at all levels • Experience with Test and Learn approach to drive channel performance • Preference for teamwork and collaboration
