Description

• Engage and work with customers to answer technical questions and resolve issues • Work cross-functionally with teams to manage customer deployment • Troubleshoot issues with deployed Azure or AWS cloud file systems • Provide feedback on product gaps and improvements • Collaborate with peers on complex issues • Support both cloud and on-premises solutions

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in a customer-facing role including 1-3 years of troubleshooting cloud environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude • Demonstrated working knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) • Familiarity with cloud deployment processes and tools • Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools • Basic network troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with Linux & Windows operating systems • Understanding of file permissions and access control in cloud environments • Python Programming skills are a plus • Relevant cloud certifications are a plus but not required • Excellent networking configuration experience for senior roles • In-depth knowledge of storage solutions for senior roles • Proficiency in Linux command line scripting and Python for senior roles • Advanced ability to analyze system logs and metrics for senior roles • 5-10 years of experience in a technical customer support role for senior roles • 10+ years of experience for principal roles • Advanced scripting skills in both Linux command line and Python for principal roles • Skilled at solving complex, cross-service issues for principal roles

Benefits

• Annual pay range is USD $81,000 - $160,000 • Opportunity to earn variable incentive compensation
