Description

• Gain a deep understanding of the Radformation suite, vision and future roadmap and utilize storytelling skills to translate the value into compelling narratives that resonate with various segments. • Conduct market research to gather intelligence on customer preferences, market dynamics, and competitive positioning. • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion. • Develop presentations and materials that simplify intricate concepts and highlight the benefits of our products. • Works as a bridge between product management and customer to gather feedback to inform product improvements and innovation. • Participate in planning and execution of product launches, including go-to-market strategies. • Empower the sales team with competitive analysis, training and strategies to enhance their product knowledge and position our products effectively against competitors. • Collaborate with R&D, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product introductions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and thought leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, related field or equivalent experience • 10+ years of product marketing experience in the radiation oncology industry, plus for additional experience in EMEA market • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management skills • Self motivated, collaborative, creative and analytical • Strong interpersonal skills • Some travel required
