• Design, simulate, and implement distributed-element components at millimeter wave frequencies • Integrate with antennas and antenna arrays • Design and implement power amplifiers, phase shifters, and power control circuits • Investigate and introduce new components and subsystems • Collaborate with mechanical and firmware engineers • Write technical documentation • Support product manufacturing • Lead and support certification and regulatory testing • Debug and resolve technical design and field issues
• Electrical Engineering degree (Master preferred) • Expert user of ADS and HFSS simulation tools • Hands-on experience in developing PAs and microwave distributed-element components • Familiar with high-volume production processes • Experience with hardware testing for Bluetooth, BLE, Wi-Fi, RF to DC power conversion, UWB • Knowledge of microwave safety requirements, EMI, EMC compliance • Proficiency in using spectrum analyzer, VNA, signal generator, oscilloscope, logic analyzer • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Results and deadline driven • Ability to work independently with little direction
