Description
• Recor is looking for a Marketing Manager, Downstream Marketing, who will help define marketing strategies and lead a broad range of marketing initiatives • Primary focus is to drive the success of ultrasound renal denervation among interventionalists, with a focus in the US market
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience working in a marketing role in Medical Devices • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable marketing plans • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for early-stage technologies to product use and revenue growth • Strong program and project management skills to execute marketing initiatives independently and in-partnership with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong marketing background on healthcare market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and KPI tracking • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business outcomes • Ability to operate independently and pivot quickly in a rapidly growing ‘start-up’ environment • Build relationships with key customers, thought leaders, trade associations, and industry players to facilitate sales and increase product adoption • Fluent in English
