Description
• We are looking for an amazing Talent Acquisition Specialist who is a motivated self-starter to play a critical role on the People and Culture team. • This role will be supporting interview scheduling, sourcing, on-boarding, as well as providing administrative support for the People Team. • In addition, this role will work with hiring managers to clarify job descriptions and needs for recruitment, then source a diverse candidate pool and manage the process to hire the best talent for their teams. • This specialist is detail oriented, passionate about Talent Acquisition, successful at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years experience supporting a team of recruiters or sales professionals • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PP and Outlook • Hybrid work schedule 3 days/week at our offices in Culver City & Vernon
