Description
• Maintain, improve and implement systems and processes for legal department • Wear multiple hats and work with cross-functional teams • Support audit and diligence related requests • Update Patent/Trademark Management Software and conduct trademark reviews • Provide support maintaining an employee stock option program • Provide Legal department administrative support
Requirements
• 5+ years as a Paralegal with Contract Management and/or Corporate experience • Solid knowledge of contract management principles • Experience negotiating contracts and using playbooks • Detail-oriented, professional, self-motivated with a proactive and conscientious mindset • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Scrappy team player that is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done • Hands-on knowledge of technology systems
