Description
• Develop integrated verification procedures for flight application software • Support release and verification process for flight software • Coordinate multiple engineering teams • Develop test plans, execute tests, investigate issues, and drive problems to closure • Develop automated test cases and frameworks • Build test analysis tools • Improve hardware-in-the-loop testbed capabilities • Interact with teams and components across the entire automated aircraft • Specialize in areas of interest • Develop and maintain test tools for the company • Direct hardware-in-the-loop verification and validation activities • Ensure product safety, success, and certification compliance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience testing integrated hardware/software product or mission-critical systems • Fluent with C/C++ and Python • Strong technical, organizational, problem-solving, and root-cause investigation skills • Excellent documentation and collaboration skills Preferred: • Previous experience managing software release, verification, and change processes • Experience developing robotics or other safety critical software • Previous experience developing automated test cases • Demonstrated ability to build or maintain a hardware-in-the-loop test environment
