Description
• Handle quality and serious Personal Injury matters • Lead the fight for clients to achieve settlements • Substantial experience drafting pleadings, written discovery, depositions, and motions required • Strong negotiation skills to maximize settlement awards • Spanish-speaking is a plus • Handle and lead all litigation tasks related to the case • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills • Ability to think strategically about matters • Opportunities for growth based on level of commitment and production • Compensation is competitive and based on experience
Requirements
• Admission to the State Bar of California • Graduated from ABA or CA-accredited law school • Authorized to work in USA • At least 3 years of personal Injury litigation experience in California
