Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, including email marketing campaigns, branded assets and more • Bring the unforgettable to every marketing challenge, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels • Contribute to the management and development of the company's online presence, including websites, landing pages, social media platforms and other digital marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and exceptional, engaging content • Nurture B2B relationships through creativity, high-touch experiences and extraordinary service with broker partners • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, tenant needs and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and campaigns • Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events and content marketing initiatives • Utilize analytics and market research to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement and establish data-driven recommendations and procedures • Manage vendors, agencies and external partners to optimize resources and achieve marketing objectives • Contribute to a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence • Support the development and execution of a B2B loyalty program from conception to launch, with a focus on brand development and highly creative assets and campaign rewards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree a plus • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate, industrial property or related industry experience highly preferred. Experience with loyalty programs a plus • Superior writing skills and adherence to AP style • Highly creative and entrepreneurial mindset, approaching problems with innovative solutions at every turn • Expertise in website development, email marketing and brand development • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making combined with a keen eye for aesthetics and details • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms. HubSpot experience strongly preferred • Proven experience overseeing creative, ambitious, fast-moving marketing campaigns and email marketing initiatives.
