Description

• Oversee complex environmental compliance projects • Manage compliance efforts for large-scale construction • Establish internal compliance standards and procedures • Serve as primary liaison for clients and regulatory agencies • Lead business development efforts for environmental compliance • Assist with contract management and staff development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field • 8+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting with regulatory compliance focus • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale utility, energy, transportation or water projects • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies • Experience mentoring and supervising teams, promoting professional growth • Strong organizational, schedule, and budget management skills • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
