Description
• Oversee full accounting operations • Manage monthly and year-end close processes • Supervise accounts receivable and payable • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations • Act as financial advisor to the executive team
Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles • 5+ years in a controller or senior accounting management position • Expertise in government contracting and nonprofit industries • Knowledge of DCAA and FAR compliance • Proficient in Deltek Costpoint Time & Expense • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong organizational and written/verbal communication abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
