Description

• Work directly with prospective customers • Collaborate with companies across various industries and territories • Drive and execute revenue goals • Set Lever as the default solution for hiring needs • Be part of a highly ambitious and collaborative team • Attend training sessions and sales bootcamp • Build relationships with cross-functional groups • Leverage resources within Lever • Contribute to team goals and up-level peers • Master the sales space and develop buyer empathy • Seek mentorship and work on projects outside sales role • Complete interviewer training and help hire new team members

Requirements

• 3 or more years of closing experience in SaaS technology • Ability to manage multi-threaded sales process and competitive deals • Experience with consultative, value-based selling • Proven track record of exceeding quota • Collaborative approach to partner with Product • Experience with mid-market companies • Adaptability in rapidly changing environments
