• Zeal customers are enterprises who use a combination of APIs and white labeled components to build workforce payment experiences • Serve as a go-to contact for customers for everything from implementation, go-live, launching new products and more • Report directly to the CEO at Zeal as their right-hand for all customer-related motions • Identify and accelerate the strategy, program management, and operationalization of key partner initiatives
• You have 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical account management, with 8+ years of total work experience at tech companies • You will work out of our San Francisco office, on a hybrid schedule (Tue-Thurs in office) • You are able to understand and explain technical concepts to customers • You enjoy working with the customer directly, and spending most of your day on live calls learning from users • You thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy • You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion • You enjoy interacting with internal and external stakeholders and can draw insights and takeaways from disparate conversations
