Description
•The Enterprise IT Service Desk supports GSA IT services for users and executives. •As a Journeyman Computer User Support Specialist, you will manage ticket processing and resolution. •Provide on-site technical assistance for hardware/software and operational issues. •Respond to trouble tickets and ensure proper documentation and communication. •Maintain audit trails of client problems and conditions reported.
Requirements
•Associate’s Degree or equivalent. •Minimum 2 - 7 years of work experience. •At least one (1) year experience with Windows desktop support. •At least two (2) years experience working knowledge of remote tools. •Experience supporting industry standard software products. •Experience supporting customers or end users one on one and working as a team to fulfill customer requests.
