• Lead the business development activities from concept to production. • Act as the liaison between the customer and all internal support areas to ensure on-time and quality metrics are being achieved. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth. • Develop the sales forecast and sales plan and provide updates regularly. • Maintain updated knowledge and proficiency of product lines and pricing. • Contact and visit customers in our key markets to review their projects and our products and services. • Use the domain knowledge in Security Surveillance area and guide the internal team for solution development.
• 5+ years’ experience in Security domain, worked as a BD, Sales, Technical Sales, Product Manager, or Subject Matter Expert. • Strong connection with major integrator/partner • Understand the Security market well, have clear plans on GTM strategy and business plan. • Good knowledge of existing technologies and products in the field, understand the customer’s pain point and how to resolve them with alternative solutions. • Strong communication skill and customer facing skill, ability to manage the customer programs and drive customer success.
