• Report directly to the President and manage day-to-day operations • Handle scheduling, communication, and various administrative tasks • Assist in decision-making processes and represent the President’s office
Requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Exceptional ability to execute reliably, solve problems, and prioritize tasks • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications • Excellent English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Maintain high discretion and confidentiality • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment • Resilience to navigate competing priorities and changes
