Description
• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to implement and refine our TA strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals • Lead full-cycle recruitment across the agency • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to maintain our high standards for talent • Work with marketing to enhance our employer brand and presence on job boards and professional networks • Oversee the management and optimization of our ATS (Workable) • Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions • Manage and continuously improve our onboarding program to effectively integrate new hires into our culture • Serve as a first point of contact for employees on various HR-related questions and concerns.
Requirements
• Loves recruiting but also genuinely enjoys the broader aspects of people operations like helping employees grow, building a great culture, and being a supportive resource for our team members. • Has a proven track record of successful recruitment in the performance marketing industry • Possesses excellent judgment in assessing candidates' potential and cultural fit • Has experience in both domestic and offshore talent acquisition • Embraces new ideas and perspectives, actively seeking input from colleagues, clients, and partners to drive innovation. • Constantly stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and new tools and techniques to enhance effectiveness. • Actively seeks opportunities to improve processes and performance for both yourself and the people team at large. • Adapts quickly to changing circumstances demonstrating flexibility and an open attitude towards new approaches and strategies.
