• Maintain high-touch relationships with 20-40 key insurance carrier accounts • Be fluent in all account KPIs and other relevant business and relationship details • Maximize each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunities • Create win-win scenarios that meet account goals and Company objectives • Turn difficult conversations into account wins • Manage a regular status call cadence with each account • Has, or will commit to gaining, a strong understanding of the insurance business • Use and train accounts on the technology platforms underpinning our customer acquisition products • Work with other departments to build client data dashboards, complete partner integrations, and inform product development • Keep a pulse on the insurance customer acquisition competitive landscape
• Undergraduate degree • Background in a performance marketing setting with a fundamental understanding of online marketing concepts and technologies • 3-5 year’s experience in account management • Excellent communication skills • Consistent and detail-oriented • Strong analytical skills • Experience negotiating complex deal structures and terms
