• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture • Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with hiring managers • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes • Experience in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
