• Integral role in the hiring process for CEOs, General Managers, and other Operating Company Executives • Build diverse candidate pipelines and conduct phone screens • Lead full lifecycle recruiting process for select roles • Assess candidates against scorecards • Contribute to the development of the talent function and other initiatives • Maintain talent reporting using Greenhouse and Excel
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience • 1-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role • Strong EQ and communication skills • Will-to-win attitude • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Team-player mindset
