Description

• Provide administrative, logistical, and project support to VP, Global Partner Marketing. • Manage daily schedule, coordinate meeting logistics, and anticipate needs. • Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports. • Oversee administrative tasks including office supply management and department asset management. • Support planning and execution of team-wide culture and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role. • Must be able to couple organization skills with communication skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently on difficult projects with minimal supervision. • Basic skills in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). • Experience in the videogames industry a plus. • Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast-paced environment.
