Description

• Manages and maintains complex Executive's calendar(s) • Arranges team/department events and meals • Handles highly confidential information with discretion • Acts as administrative liaison between the Executive and other departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • At least 5 years of Executive/Administrative Assistant or similar experience • Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English • Familiar with general and Japanese business culture and customs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently on difficult projects • Ability to maintain high confidentiality and discretion • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong time management skills
