Description
• Facilitates critical human resource processes for Sony Pictures Animation productions • Provides support to the P&O Business Partners on transactions and ad hoc projects • Manages employee data changes in Workday and audits reports
Requirements
• Relevant education or experience in Human Resources and/or production backlot administration • Ability to work in Microsoft Word, Excel (critical), Outlook, Powerpoint, Google Suite, Workday, Sharepoint • Understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills • Must be diligent • Excellent interpersonal skills – written and oral (must have a professional and courteous demeanor) • Experience working in production entertainment
