Lead ongoing work to define the Sphere cultural calendar including goal definition, overall strategic approach, tiering/prioritization of moments, and selection criteria. • Partner with the in-house Research team to connect brand and cultural insights, informing how we engage target audiences around key moments. • Define a clear brand role for Sphere in major tentpole moments including 4th July, New Year’s Eve, Halloween, and others. • Help to architect and plan integrated activations for specific moments in collaboration with Brand Program Manager and cross-functional team. • Work closely with Sales and Strategic Alliances to integrate brands and other partners with Sphere-led cultural activations, breaking down traditional B2C/B2B barriers. • Participate in brand solutions as/when needed to ensure that exosphere advertisers unlock the greatest value and potential from our platform. • Prepare and present reports regularly to senior management and x-functional partners.
Passion to shape the future of entertainment and a curiosity for how technology will enable new experiences that wow audiences. • 8+ years of experience leading brand strategy and marketing initiatives. Entertainment and/or technology brand experience strongly preferred. • Experience leading the briefing and development of a wide variety of creative outputs, from brand design, to integrated campaigns, to social content and IRL experiences. • Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate strategic insights and ideas, with a proven ability to guide and inspire creative partners. • Able to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to pivot plans as business needs change and opportunities arise. • Highly collaborative with infectious enthusiasm and openness to new ideas/solutions. • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload. • Accountable and detail-oriented, from planning to execution and analysis of results.
