• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for internal and external account teams • Help to provide forward thinking, extensive and insightful analysis of client messages • Drive all client activations and project/event activities • Manage the planning, development, activation and wrap up stages of events • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and/or supervise other account personnel • Drive business development activities and identify new opportunities • Remain current in industry trends and technologies
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, and/or events • Minimum 2 years of experience as Account Lead • Experience managing large-scale IRL and/or virtual experiential activations with budgets up to $500k+ • BA/BS in marketing, business administration, communications or related field • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with project management tools and platforms • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment • Ability to lead a project team of 3 or more people • Ability to present project plan to small, medium and large sized groups
