Description

• Responsible for evaluating business requirements and developing functional design documents • Analyzing O&M and project defects to determine business/technical impact and provide recommendations on fixing the defects

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or job-related discipline or equivalent experience • 7 years in analyzing, designing and developing functional requirements, functional design, UX/UI design • Experience as Project Manager, high complexity • Utility industry experience, job-related • Experience with CC&B Application • Oracle Utility C2M certified • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle CC&B applications, and data modeling • Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL experience) • Working knowledge of UML • Be able to work independently but within the framework of the team and product • Be able to work well within a team setting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementation of system enhancement • Working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM application and data model • Experience dealing with Call Center and/or Back Office-centric business • Understanding of database/schema architecture
