Requirements
•Client acquisition and revenue generation utilizing outbound tools including phone, email, and Linkedin. •Hire additional sales individuals when certain targets have been met. •Drive revenue growth by developing strategies to acquire new customers and expand business with existing clients. •Utilize all technology assets including CRM and others •Ensure all KPIs are met. •Train and motivate the sales team; organize team roles and evaluate employee performance •Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and drive inbound leads. •Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and training programs to enhance the sales team's skills. •Work with other managers to execute strategy and grow the business
