Description

• As a Customer Experience Coordinator, exceed client expectations and ensure service excellence. • Perform clienteling activities and maintain a positive atmosphere in-store. • Partner with leadership to address service issues and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service • Exceptional customer service/clienteling skills and excited to build relationships • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Store-based role
