Description

•Handle inbound customer calls and provide service •Help customers over the phone and navigate products •Close sales and conduct inside sales •Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries •Handle customer queries in a courteous manner

Requirements

•Excellent telephone, people, and customer service skills •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Multilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus •Must be punctual, organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task •Must be able to work independently and be solution-oriented •Must possess basic computer skills; proficiency with internet navigation, MS Office, and emails •California accidental, life, and health insurance licensed agents preferred •Any experience in a call center or telephone customer support is a plus. •Must be flexible with hourly-based scheduling and available to work on weekends. •Some post-secondary education or any college degree is preferred.
