Description
• Oversees class management, customer management, partnership retention, and partnership growth within the region • Work using data, proactive planning, and clear communication to ensure a positive class experience for partners • Maintain connection to customers and ensure YAU standards are exceeded • Coordinate with existing partners and develop new business relationships
Requirements
• Must be located in the Los Angeles Metro area • Detail-oriented with an acute ability • Personable, customer service-oriented • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems is a major plus • Hybrid role, can work remotely but is required to be in the office 2-3 days per week • Weekend availability is required at certain times of the year
